1. Who processes your data
The data controller is SWA INTERNATIONAL LTD, trading as Skyward Agency, a company incorporated in Mauritius under registration number C25217115, with its registered office at Royal Road, Air Lane, Grand Baie 30515, Mauritius.

2. What we collect
What you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call or apply for a job: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. Job applications also include the documents you send us.
What your visit tells us. Our sites measure their own audience using a random identifier stored on your device. That identifier holds no personal data: it lets us know how many people visit our pages, where they came from (search engine, social network, direct link), which pages they read and for how long. We also keep the country, the device type and the browser. Your IP address is never stored — only the country derived from it.
Advertising trackers. Our sites use the Meta pixel, which measures how our advertising campaigns perform on Facebook and Instagram. When an enquiry reaches us, the conversion may also be sent to Meta from our servers, with your e-mail address and phone number in an irreversible hashed form.
We collect no sensitive data and make no automated decisions about you.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal — because you asked us to: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Delivering our services and managing our relationship — performance of our contract.
- Meeting our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
- Measuring our own audience — our legitimate interest in understanding what works, through anonymous measurement, with no cross-site tracking and no sharing with third parties.
- Advertising and marketing — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Recruitment — your application.
4. Who has access
Your data is accessible to our team, on a need-to-know basis, and to the providers that run our tools — and to no one else:
- Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) — website hosting;
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — application hosting;
- Supabase (servers located in Paris) — database of our internal platform;
- Google Ireland Ltd — business e-mail, calendar, search statistics;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — advertising measurement.
We never sell or rent your data, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
5. Where your data is held
Our servers and those of our providers are located in the European Union, except for Vercel and Meta, some of whose processing takes place in the United States. Those transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
As our company is established in Mauritius, access to your data by our team is also a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the same clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries with no follow-up: three years from our last exchange.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then ten years for accounting records, as the law requires.
- Audience measurement: thirteen months at most.
- Job applications: two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Newsletters: until you unsubscribe.
7. Cookies and trackers
Our sites place two kinds of files on your device.
Our own audience measurement: it only counts visits to our own sites, follows no one elsewhere on the web and feeds no third party. Lifetime: thirteen months.
Meta’s advertising trackers, which measure our campaigns and let us show you our ads.
You can opt out at any time: set your browser to block or delete cookies, and use the ad preferences of your Meta account. Blocking our audience measurement has no effect on your browsing.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, to have that processing restricted, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent where processing relies on it. You may also tell us what should happen to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@skyward-agency.com. We reply within one month. To stop receiving our e-mails, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one is enough.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the CNIL if you live in France, your national data protection authority elsewhere in the European Union, or the Data Protection Office in Mauritius.

This policy may change as our tools and services evolve. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
