Some rentals run for 36 or 48 months. Add up the monthly payments in rupees over the whole term.

Who owns the site
In some contracts it stays with the provider for as long as you pay.
The site becomes yours during the subscription. It is written in the contract.
If you cancel
In some contracts you walk away without your site.
After the 12 months you can stop whenever you like and the site stays yours. Before that, the remaining monthly payments are due.
Domain name
It may be registered in the provider’s name.
Your domain name (.com, .fr or .net) is yours, and free the first year.
Billing currency
A monthly fee in another currency can move with the exchange rate.
The price is in rupees: Rs 23 500 per month, with no exchange rate to watch.
