FigmaFigma is a graphic design tool that works in the browser, built for interface design rather than for illustration. In it we draw every screen of your project, organise a library of reusable components — buttons, colours, typography — then link the screens together to simulate real clickable navigation, without a single line of code having been written yet. Several people work on the same file at the same time and comment directly on a specific screen. You therefore validate each page before development begins.
Figma finds its place before any custom project, web or mobile, to validate the appearance and the user journey before committing to development, useful in particular on a checkout funnel or a dashboard that calls for several rounds of validation. A mock-up tests neither the actual loading speed nor the exact behaviour of the site once coded. On a simple site built with an already proven theme, a complete mock-up adds a superfluous step; we then integrate directly into the theme's existing structure.

For a standard project, the design of the mock-ups takes place in the first weeks of the overall schedule, which spreads over 21 to 60 days from the first discussion to going live. A broader project, with many screens or several distinct journeys to design, spreads over closer to 60 days in total. For a simple showcase site, 21 to 30 days are enough to fix all the screens before launching the development that follows. This schedule is set precisely during initial scoping, never on an estimate given before seeing the project.
On a simple site built with an already proven theme, yes: we then integrate directly into the existing structure, with no intermediate mock-up stage. As soon as a project involves several user journeys or a specific visual identity to build, skipping this step amounts to correcting design choices once the code is already written, which always costs more than an adjustment on a mock-up. We recommend the mock-up as soon as the visual or functional stakes go beyond a classic presentation site.
Yes, we start by opening the existing file to understand how it is organised: component library used, consistency between the screens already drawn, level of detail reached. This diagnosis lets us continue directly on the foundations laid rather than starting again from the first screen, unless deep inconsistencies make a fresh start faster than continuing with the file in its current state. This work preserves the choices already validated with your team and avoids reopening thinking that has already been settled.
The mock-up is not meant to be maintained continuously once the project has been developed and delivered: it has fulfilled its role as a reference for development. If a significant evolution of the project is considered afterwards — a new screen, the rebuild of a journey — we come back to draw that evolution in Figma before developing it, within an optional annual package or a one-off assignment depending on the scale of the change requested. This way of working avoids billing permanent follow-up on a deliverable that, by nature, no longer changes once the project has launched.
Yes, without restriction: you receive full access to the Figma file as soon as the mock-ups are validated, with the possibility of exporting it or transferring it to another team if you wish. No clause ties you to our agency for the rest of the design work. The file remains viewable and editable on your side, including long after the end of the development that followed from it. We keep no exclusivity over the screens drawn or over the associated component library.
No, not directly: Figma draws the appearance and the organisation of the screens, work that precedes search visibility rather than replacing it. A mock-up that thinks through heading hierarchy and reading flow from the outset then makes it easier to structure the content at development time, but ranking on Google depends above all on the markup, the content published and the technical performance measured once the site is live.
